Acceptance & Eligibility

You may use this Site only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Content & Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content—including the J Odyssey name, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, visual identity, music-related materials, text, video, audio, design, code and layout—are owned by or licensed to J Odyssey Music and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Unless we expressly authorize it in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, frame or commercially exploit Site content. Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of direct links to public Site pages is permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, probe or circumvent security, introduce malicious code, overload Site infrastructure, harvest personal information, misuse contact or subscription forms, impersonate another person, or use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Site.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may link to platforms and services operated by third parties, including social-media platforms and Formspree for form processing. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, availability, content, security or policies.

Messages, Inquiries & Submissions

When you send information through our contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Sending an inquiry does not create a management, booking, representation, employment, partnership or contractual relationship.

Please do not submit confidential creative material, unreleased compositions, demos, business secrets or proprietary concepts unless specifically requested. Unsolicited creative submissions may be deleted without review.

Availability & Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available, and content may be updated, moved or removed without notice.
